Kernan receives Excellence in Teaching Award from College of Engineering

The Douglas Whitney '61 teaching award has been awarded to Assistant Professor Katie Keranen of EAS.

The College of Engineering has announced that Katie Keranen of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences is the receipient of the Douglas Whitney '61 Excellence in Teaching Award for 2016. This is the highest award for teaching in the college. Keranen was nominated by her department and selected by a committee comprised of former teaching prize winners from within the College of Engineering. Teaching award recipients will be recognized at a luncheon on November 2, 2016.
