programs, are aware of their rights under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975.

To ensure wide dissemination of the information contained in the attached brochure, we request that the brochure be posted on appropriate University websites. This would include, for example, program websites for programs and activities that normally receive NASA financial assistance."
